• In 2009, We supported Frank Hotchkiss for City Council and he became another Republican on the  Council. He joins
  Dale Francisco (R),  With Lincoln Club support and his hard work, Dale Francisco (R), was elected to the Santa Barbara City Council in November 2007. This shows what happens when people wake up and take action. Won't you support the Lincoln Club today, so that we can get such Republicans elected to other offices?

• The Lincoln Clubs helped recall Governor Gray Davis in 2003. The Orange County Lincoln Club played a critical role in defeating a sales tax increase which was placed on the ballot when county supervisors had driven Orange County into bankruptcy. Could Santa Barbara may be next?

• The Lincoln Club constituted the nucleus of support for Ronald Reagan for governor in 1966 and for his presidential campaigns in 1976 and 1980.
